Ken has 46 years’ experience in general insurance underwriting and global insurance broking, including Managing Director of USA Insurer, Sentry Insurances Australasia Limited and the Insurance Exchange of Australia Group, trading as AFL Insurance.
Ken has assisted many global publicly listed corporations, including the Cotton On Group, Aristocrat Technologies, Ion Geophysical and Mirvac.
He has extensive experience advising Local Government in Australia and New Zealand and has supported clients across a wide range of sectors, including national sporting organisations, Myers, David Jones, Country Road, Stowe Australia, NECA, QUBE Holdings and Prime Financial Group.

Matt is the Managing Director of Resilient. Prior to Resilient, he was based in London and held senior roles with EY and KPMG in their M&A and Strategy practices.
Matt has advised high-profile clients, such as KKR, CVC Capital, Mars, Aviva, Prudential, Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Nippon Life, on large, complex transactions, integrations and separations. His extensive experience has exposed him to a wide range of business models across the private equity, banking, insurance, pharma, construction, retail, technology, security and public sectors. Matt is adept at understanding and leveraging technology to improve business models, reduce risk and drive value within high-performance high-pressure environments.
Matt holds a Masters in Business Information Systems from the University of Sydney and a B.Com. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Melbourne.
